Turner spoke briefly about some of their innovative project management techniques, one of which being Building Information Modeling  (BIM) Software.

Our CMAA students took a guided site tour with the project Sr. Superintendent, and two Project Engineers

Sam is a graduating senior in the school’s Construction Management Program and has recently received his CMIT (Construction Manager In Training) certification. Gaining this is the first step in becoming a CCM in the near future. Two of our other graduating senior’s, Kendra Jenifer and Chas also have newly become CMIT certified this semester as well.

CMAA’s presence at Morgan State’s School of Architecture & Planning Fall Open House. As of this semester, Kendra Jenifer (on the right) has become a Construction Manager In Training CMIT certified. She is a graduating senior and has ambitions to become a project engineer. She is absolutely on the track to do so!

The school of Architecture and Planing (SAP) welcomes an wide array of interest, both in Design and Construction Management. Our chapter Vice President, Bryce Daniels, volunteered to speak about the immense value of being apart of the CMAA chapter at Morgan State and how it has helped him in his professional endeavors. Bryce is a graduating senior and has ambitions to be a project manager.
